Movement is how learning happens.

ENROLMENTS OPEN · BOTH SCHOOLS · ROLLING, NO DEADLINE

There's no admissions season here. Just a start date you choose.

Admissions run all year — no forms-open date, no cut-off. The one real limit is the number that makes this place work at all: eight children to a mentor, always. When a group is full, it's full — that's structure, not sales talk. Call us if anything below is unclear. We would rather talk it through than have you guess.

Still not sure? That is exactly what the campus visit and the admissions conversation are for. Come and watch a session. It usually settles itself.

FOUR STEPS. NO FORMS UNTIL YOU'RE READY.

Here's exactly how this goes.

Paperwork should never be what stands between your child and the right school. So here's exactly what happens, from the day you first get in touch:

01

Book a Free Campus Visit

Everything starts with a visit — bring your child. Walk both schools, meet a mentor, watch a real session run. Most parents already know by the time they reach the gate again. Most stay far longer than the hour they'd planned.

02

The Admissions Conversation

We sit with you and your child, on campus, and just talk. Who are they? What do they love? What's hard for them right now? Which school actually fits? No assessment, no benchmark, nothing to pass or fail.

03

Confirm Your School and Seat

Once we agree on the right school and level, we confirm the seat and talk through fees honestly, in person. Then we complete enrolment together and walk you through the schedule, what to bring, and how we'll stay in touch through the term.

04

Day One

Your child's mentor already knows their name before they walk in. Most children are fully in it within ten minutes — running, asking questions, not looking back for you. That's not a promise. That's just what tends to happen.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

You are not enrolling in a programme. You are choosing a school.

Here is what that means for you:

Children running in a sports session

Your child's mentor learns their name on day one — in both schools, every time.

You get a weekly update on what your child actually did. What happened, how they responded, what stood out.

You can walk onto campus any time. No notice. No appointment. Just come.

Every term, a 360-degree report across all four dimensions: academic, physical, social, emotional.

If your child has a hard day, you hear from us that same day — not in a report weeks later.

If something isn't working, we're the ones who say so first. And we fix it together.

This is not just an enrolment. You are joining a community that genuinely believes in what it is building. We are glad you are here.

TRANSPARENT. NO SURPRISES.

Fees depend on the school and level. We would rather explain them face to face.

What Pioneers or Striders costs depends on the level and how often your child comes in. We don't print a fee table, because no two families' situations look the same — that conversation belongs in person, not on a page.

If cost is a genuine concern, say so. We have flexible structures, and we will always try to find a way.

What to Bring on Day One

  • Comfortable sports clothing — nothing that restricts movement.
  • Sturdy closed-toe shoes. Slippers stay in the car.
  • A filled water bottle — every session, no exceptions.
  • A small healthy snack for the break.
  • An open mind. That's genuinely all else we ask for.

What We Provide

  • Every piece of sports equipment and learning material used.
  • Your child's Athletots uniform, issued at enrolment.
  • A weekly update straight from your child's mentor.
  • A termly 360-degree progress report.
  • Open campus access — no appointment, ever.

QUICK ANSWERS

What parents ask us most, before they book a visit.

Athletots Pioneers welcomes children from age 2 through to age 6. Athletots Striders welcomes children from age 2 through to age 12, starting in our Movement Awakening level.
Yes. There is no online application form. Every enrolment starts with a campus visit — we want to meet you and your child before either of us decides anything. It makes for a far better process, for everyone.
Most families pick whichever school matches their main priority — an academic foundation built through sport (Pioneers), or focused physical training with real rigour (Striders). We'll help you work out which one fits during your visit.
We treat every child as an individual, not a category. During the admissions conversation, we talk openly about what your child needs, so we can be honest with you about whether our mentors and structure are the right fit.
If we agree Athletots is the right fit and there's an open seat in the right level and batch, your child can usually start within the same week.
We hold to eight children per mentor, without exception — so yes, a batch can genuinely fill up. If yours has, we'll place your child on a priority list and reach out the moment a seat opens.
Athletots Pioneers is a full academic school that delivers its entire curriculum through structured sport — not a supplementary session bolted onto ordinary schooling. Athletots Striders is run with the structure and rigour of a genuine sports institution, not a drop-in coaching session.

YOU'VE READ ENOUGH. NOW COME AND SEE IT

The best argument for Athletots is one hour on our campus.

Every question on this page has an answer above. But the one that actually decides it is the one no page can give you — watching your child walk through our gates for the first time.

Admissions are rolling — no deadline. The only thing that ever runs out is a seat in a full batch, because we hold the line at eight children to a mentor. Start your enquiry today.
