Movement is how learning happens.

ATHLETOTS STRIDERS · PASHAN, PUNE · MORNING OR EVENING

Every child falls. Striders teaches them what happens next.

Not a Saturday hobby. Not somewhere to park them for an hour after school. Striders is a full sports school for ages two to twelve, in Pashan, Pune — three structured levels, one coach for every eight children, and a plan for a 3-year-old that looks nothing like the plan for a 10-year-old.

Sports School Visualization

NOT A HOBBY. A SCHOOL.

Most sports coaching is run by someone who was good at the sport.

Being good at a sport and knowing how a child's body actually develops are two very different skills. Striders is built around the second one. Every session, every drill, every level is designed for what a child's body is genuinely ready for at that age — not what looks impressive, not what adults do in a gym. What works for this child, at this stage, right now.

The result isn't a child who's good at one sport. It's a child who moves well, thinks on their feet, and can pick up any sport later with a body that's already been properly prepared for it.

Performance is not the starting point. Foundation is. And foundation begins from age two.

ONE PROGRAMME, TWO TIMES OF DAY

Your schedule is yours.
Striders works around it.

Striders runs two sessions a day — morning and evening. Same programme, same coaches, same standard, either time. The only thing that changes is the clock.

Children learning through play
Morning Session

Train before the day gets going. Children arrive fresh and leave focused, and school, homework, and dinner happen after. Good fit for families who like the day to start with structure, not a scramble.

Children in active sport session
Evening Session

A structured, purposeful end to the afternoon. Not screen time, not idle time — real movement, real coaching, real energy put somewhere useful before the day winds down.

EVERY DAY HAS A PURPOSE

A week at Striders.

Structured, not rigid. Every session sits inside a rhythm of movement, learning, and rest — built around real meal and hydration breaks, not squeezed around them.

EVERY CHILD ENTERS WHERE THEIR BODY IS READY

Age tells us where to start. Progress tells us when to move.

Every child in Striders is placed at the level their body is actually ready for — not just their age. A few four-year-olds move up early. A few six-year-olds need longer in Level 01. The coach decides. You'll understand why.

1

Movement Awakening

Ages 2 to 4

Before any sport, a child needs to understand how their own body works. Coordination, balance, bilateral movement, spatial awareness — these are the building blocks every sport is built on. Miss this stage and every sport that follows is harder than it needs to be. Get it right and everything after clicks faster. This level moves slowly and carefully, and it is the most important work we do.

2

Athletics Development

Ages 5 to 8

This is where sport begins — not one sport, many. Speed, agility, throwing, kicking, jumping, across a range of disciplines. Children this age learn fastest through variety, and their strengths show themselves through exposure, not early specialisation. Every child is measured every term, so both child and parent know exactly where they stand.

3

Strength & Conditioning

Ages 9 to 12

For children ready to train with real intention. Multiple sports disciplines and structured conditioning, built around what a growing body can actually handle at this age. This is not a gym session repackaged for kids. It is preparation — for competitive sport if they want it, for a lifelong relationship with their own body, and for the confidence that comes from knowing exactly what that body can do.

PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT SHOWS UP AT HOME FIRST

You won't need a report to
see it.

You won't need to wait for a termly report to notice what's changing. It shows up at home first — in how your child moves, what they talk about, and how they handle the moment something goes wrong.

Week 1-2

Week 1-2

Your child starts telling you what actually happened. Not ‘nothing’. ‘We tried this and I finally got it.’

Week 3-4

Week 3-4

They start moving differently — steadier on their feet, more at ease in their own body.

Month 2

Month 2

They start caring about sport. A record they want to beat. A skill they want to nail.

Month 3+

Month 3+

Confidence in their body starts showing up everywhere else — in how they try, and try again.

NOT ABOUT MEDALS. ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU FALL.

We're not trying to build athletes. We're trying to build kids who get back up.

Every child who tries a sport will lose more than they win, and fall more than they land. What matters is what they do in the moment right after. Striders is built so that moment — the stumble, the miss, the "not yet" — is something a child has already handled, in a room built for exactly that, again and again.

Three levels, each matched to what a child's body and focus can actually handle at that age. Movement Awakening for the two-to-four-year-olds still learning how their own limbs work. Athletics Development for five-to-eight-year-olds trying everything before choosing anything. Strength & Conditioning for nine-to-twelve- year-olds training with real intention. Nobody skips a level. Nobody is rushed through one.

A coach's job here is not only to teach a sport. It's to notice when a child needs a minute — and when they need a push.

EIGHT CHILDREN. ONE COACH. EVERY TIME.

Small groups are not a selling point here. They are how this works.

The Gurukul worked because the teacher actually knew every student — their strengths, their sticking points, their character. Striders holds every coach to that same standard. Maximum eight children per coach, always. Your child's coach notices when something is off — in their movement, their energy, their focus.

They will call you that day. Not in a report three months later. That day.

Your child is not a number in a group. Every improvement they make is personal. Every setback they face is met personally, too.

ENROLMENTS ARE OPEN

Ready to get started?

Morning and evening sessions are both open — capped at eight children each, because that's the ratio Striders runs on, not a marketing line.

Come see a session before you decide anything. Bring your child — it usually makes the decision easy.
